What is Zelph?

Zelph is a brand channel. We bring together the world’s best retailers and products, helping them sell more effectively through marketplaces, pop-ups, campaigns, and beyond. We combine curatorial expertise, brand-focused technology, and a highly selective network of brands to enable a new level of third-party merchandising. For online retailers, Zelph offers a simple way to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) with higher average order value (AOV) and retention rates. We make it easy to discover high-quality, vetted brands for third-party selling, along with the tools and expertise to manage those partnerships. Offering more of the right products to your customers leads to larger and more frequent orders. For supplier brands, Zelph provides access to new, risk-free distribution channels. Become part of the Zelph Discovery Network and retain a higher percentage of the MSRP compared to traditional wholesale relationships. For creators with active shops, or those looking to start one, Zelph offers an easier way to stock your shop and monetise your audience. We offer higher commission rates than affiliate linking and give you access to your customer data post-sale.

How do retailers use Zelph?

Retailers use Zelph to manage third-party product collections from start to finish. After applying to join, you’ll meet with a member of our Brand Partnerships team who will understand your goals and guide you through a tailored Success Plan. From there, you’ll collaborate with curation experts to identify the right mix of brands and partners to achieve your goals, target your customers, and reinforce your brand ethos. You can explore Zelph’s Discover Catalogue to find brands you’d like to partner with and send proposals to start working together. (You can also refer brands currently not on the Zelph network and begin selling with them for free for 90 days!). Using the Zelph app, you can select which products and variants to sell and propose commission terms for the brand partner’s review. Once your brand and product collection is finalised, you’ll work with Zelph’s Implementation experts to ensure a successful launch. This includes optimising visual merchandising across your site, setting up brand emails, considering shipping logistics, customer support, and more. When your launch goes live and customer orders start coming in, these orders will automatically flow directly to your partner’s sites, which will handle shipping and returns.

How is this different from the dropshipping I'm used to?

Think of Zelph as a bridge between online stores. No more complicated software to deal with — everything is managed through a clean and simple Shopify app that links your inventory with the retailer. Your product pages (including images, pricing, variants, and inventory numbers) flow directly from your store to your partner’s store, appearing as native products on their site.

How do payments work?

When a customer purchases a supplier’s item from the Retailer, the Retailer is then charged for the supplier’s cut. The supplier is then sent their cut of the MSRP from the Retailer.
